  Amazing location, luxurious rooms especially the beds and the bathrooms, balcony and windows you can actually open to stand on the balcony and look over the city. Staff were fabulous and staying at The Westin was so wonderful I didn't want to leave - ever. - The location and helpfulness of the staff were fabulous.   Had a lovely weekend with great accommodation, great food and close to lots of interesting places and things to do. The accommodation was lovely, very clean and comfy. The proprietor was freindly and very helpful. The host, Kent, was very polite and extremely helpful. He has put a lot of effort into his venture - sparing nothing. Champagne, chocolates, and quality ground coffee were much appreciated.   Staff especially Darren at check in excellent he engaged our 5 year old so much that he really wanted to see him again to thank him personally for letting us stay in his hotel. Very easy to access activities. It was a one night visit only and as a couple we have stayed there a few years ago but this was a dad and kids adventure.   It was our first trip to Melbourne. We had a family of 6 stay in the 3 bedroom apartment for 3 nights. It was very spacious and clean. The servicing was great, loved having everything done for us. The kids loved the second story and balcony and sleeping in the huge beds. Loved going for walks and seeing the ducks and swans. Hearing the frogs. The pool and spa - The service at Reception was friendly and helpful. The unit was clean, comfortable and presented in a warm and welcoming manner. A few lights were on and the unit had been warmed. All items used in the unit were in working order. Parking and access was excellent. I would definitely stay at this accommodation again and I would recommend it to others.

  We were looking for a peaceful and relaxing place to stay and this was it. Whilst the studio is attached to the cottage and was occupied during our stay our privacy was maintained.   We had the Baltic Suite which offered double jacuzzi and shower as well as a very comfortable bad. My wife insists on ironing, so she was thrilled with the inclusion of iron and board! The mini kitchen was well stocked for self prepared breakfast. We liked this because we could totally relax. The location in Olinda is superb and virtually opposite... what people say » a great pub restaurant. Paula was charming and a delightful host. - Everything was perfect. My husband and I stayed for our wedding night and loved it. In the morning we were informed by the owner that a taxi wouldnt come pick us up as where we wanted to go wasnt a big enough fair for them, so she drove us back to our reception venue and when we offered her money she declined. You couldnt ask for better customer service. It was amazing.
