very well maintained - clean, good facilities, everything worked. Very easy to find and good location for access to Sorrento/Ferry etc.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful - I would recommend as an overnight stop to anyone travelling the peninsula.

I arrived really late at night, which was very scary in such a busy city, however when i got there the man on the desk made me feel so much at ease and was so welcoming! The location is also great walking distance to most things! -

Thia was a friendly place in a very quiet residential location, close to, but not in the centre of the town. I had a lovely morning walk round watching birds such as galahs & honeyeaters. Some people might prefer to be on the sea front, But Appollo bay is a very small place, so it doesn;t make much difference, particularly if you have a car.

Not being to Portland for a number of years we decided on an overnight stay - chose Bentinck - excellent position, room/facilities tastefully decorated, amazed at being an old hotel did not smell of stale beer or smoke. No noises a comfortable peaceful night was had by both. Staff were very obliging advising/suggesting sites of Portland. -

The option for breakfast in the morning was fantastic and having it available so early was very convenient for being on a work trip. -
The staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful. The suite was spotlessly clean, in excellent condition and well designed.
