This is a wonderful hotel in a quiet residential neighbourhood. The hotel has its own bar, wonderful continental breakfasts with a wide variety of choices, the hallways are lined with chinese antiques, and the rooms are comfortable and both modern and full of character at the same time. I stayed in what was probably the smallest room in the hotel but found it ideal for all of my needs, including a good desk under the window for working.

It is great value for money conveniently located on highway and surprisingly quiet. The bed was comfortable with crisp clean linen . The breakfast was delicious and the staff and service was with a smile. Great place for a stopover on a long road trip. -

I love the warm welcome to a spotless room in a sensitively renovated old fashioned pub. Great location close to Melbourne University and the city area but set in a leafy inner suburb full of places to walk. The downstairs dining area and nearby cafés are a bonus. -
