  Great value for money, really friendly staff. Great pool with excellent waterslide to keep the kids amused. Good shallow pool for toddlers. Nice deep sink in room for washing baby bottles, no need to wash them in the bathroom. The staff was super friendly with us and the facilities were delightful. We really rested while staying here and we would definitely return to the resort if traveling to North Queensland.

  We were impressed at the quality of the accom for the price and the features like beach inlet bbqs - everything was 'neat as a pin' and better than some 4/5 star resorts for cleanliness. The location (approx 1.2km from main street) and ease of travel with bus and ferry services for our teenager and toddler (to beach at Hastings St) was also great.... what people say » We felt spoilt by the simple niceties like quality soaps, a full size fridge, small store close by and easy bus ride to the supermarket. The differen - We were pleasantly surprised that the advertisements accurately described our unit. We had a ground floor unit which was easily accessed from the covered car space. It opened out onto lawns which led to the marina where birds and ducks frequently landed. It was very quiet and conveniently located. We hope to return one day, even in the middle of winter because the reverse cycle air-con meant there was adequate heating for cold winter nights, infrequent though they are in Noosa.

  The receptionist (Trudy) is the nicest women ever. She made our trip so enjoyable and she was so helpful and friendly. She advised on the best trips to do, where to eat, she printed our boarding passes...She couldn't have been more helpful. We arrived early and weren't sure if we would get to check in that early but this was no trouble at all. All... what people say » the 1 bed apt were gone so she put us in the penthouse apt....It was fab and such a treat as we were on our honeymoon. The pool was fab and it overlo - Trudy was very welcoming and helpful. The views from the two bedroomed apartment were stunning. It is positioned close to the amenities but the walk up the hill was fairly challenging but worth it. The pool and spa area were beautifully kept and were never crowded. Would certainly recommend to others and have no hesitation staying there again. Thank you Martinique for a fantastic experience.

  Booked off peak season a budget room and upon arrival found that I had been upgraded free of charge to a plush self catering apartment. Very comfortable, very pleasant staff etc and ended up extending my stay from one week to just short of three! Very impressed by the professionalism of the staff and yet the friendly manner that made the place fee... what people say » l like home! On the strength of my personal experience would strongly recommend the hotel to anyone i met and infact on the strength of that already t - These apartments are spotlessly clean. Just at the end of a long main street, great for browsing and two minute walk to esplanade with restaurants cafes etc. Pool is adequate size and the barbecue area at the top would be great for larger groups. Our room had lovely decor, very spacious bathroom with lots of room to put things. There were two arm chairs near the window plus a good size balcony with table and four chairs so you could sit in or out and still have the view over estuary.

  Just loved to be together and relax and unwind have a drink and a great meal then see the show then went back to the beautiful room then in morning we had a sensational meal in the flames cafe. The girls were so nice and helpful. It was my fiancees birthday. We are so busy with work and live apart from each other we definately hope to do it again ... what people say » one day we deserve it. Thank you outrigger your the b - I liked the fact that you noticed it was my birthday on my comments when booking my stay. I would like to thank you for the up grade to a one bedroom apartment it was wonderful. I could watch tv if my husband wanted to sleep. I liked the fact that the lady who serviced me on check- in was super friendly and commented on my birthday and how young I looked. Had a great time, the breakfast included in our room was very good and also the staff were very helpful, thank you.

The room was well equipped, stove, microwave, a small fridge along with cutlery/crockery etc. etc.Undercover parking available at no extra cost. Good on ya Chateau.

  We loved the apartments, they were very spacious and luxourious! Me (25) and my partner (29) were travelling with his parents (both in 50s) and we all loved the apartments. We hada pool view room which was perfect for us as it overlooked the marina bay also! Akama is only a short 5 min walk to the bay which was really convernient! V - The space afforded in the apartment was a pleasant surpise, the level of cleanliness I havent seen for a while and the close location to the Marina was ideal. I was told it wasnt the touristy part of town which suited us very well. Staff were brilliant too and were happy to pass on insider knowledge. I was sad to leave!

  The resort and beach was amazing. It was the nicest place on our trip (out of Cairns, Port Douglas and Fitzroy). It was a very relaxing stay with delicious cocktails by the pool and pub meals at the ocean side bar. You could snorkely straight from the shore to see coral and little fish which was great. The coral wasn't as good as other places... what people say » but was still very nice and very safe and convenient. I would also recommend doing the scuba dive from the shore. The resort offered a free 10 minut - Weather was nice and that always helps!! Great hotel, friendly and very helpful staff. Fantastic location. We had booked a 2 bedroom apartment, the room with the "apartment" had a view of the sea, was bright and lovely. Luckily we were in the "apartment" and not the darker room!!!!!!!!

  As we do stay at nautilus frequently a cheaper rate would entice more stays more often. We did take you up on an email offer in May 2013 which did encourage us to stay with you again.   Units had good facilities. Walk into town easy 5-10 minutes for main beach or 2 minutes to First Cove. Great lookout across the road you can see whales, turtles etc if about.
