  I love Atlantis it's the 4th time we have stayed there and it is excellent value for money. Also great place to bring the kids yet more relaxing compared to other areas of the sunshine coast. - Very relaxed. Patrolled beach right outside the resort. Endless beach, but not overcrowded. Essential shops including chemist right there if needed.

This accommodation was the best thing about Port Douglas.

  Great location, very close to many restaurants, pubs, casino and beach. Super friendly staff, who can arrange whatever it is you need and follow up to ensure it was to your satisfaction.   Overall stylish but relaxing appearance inside and out and separate eating areas offering different levels of eating. Staff were lovely, especially concierge and Citrique Restaurant. As sharing a twin room, loved we had a double bed each and so comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. The hotel is only a short walk to central Surfers Paradise... what people say » and as we went to participate in the Gold Coast Half Marathon, the shuttle bus stop was only 50m away and we were the last pickup point so quick trip - Great staff, excellent for family with child(ren), great food, convenient location with very close access to main road leading to fun parks and short drive or 15 minute walk from Surfers Paradise City Centre. Bonus, free parking underneath the hotel.

  The receptionist (Trudy) is the nicest women ever. She made our trip so enjoyable and she was so helpful and friendly. She advised on the best trips to do, where to eat, she printed our boarding passes...She couldn't have been more helpful. We arrived early and weren't sure if we would get to check in that early but this was no trouble at all. All... what people say » the 1 bed apt were gone so she put us in the penthouse apt....It was fab and such a treat as we were on our honeymoon. The pool was fab and it overlo - Trudy was very welcoming and helpful. The views from the two bedroomed apartment were stunning. It is positioned close to the amenities but the walk up the hill was fairly challenging but worth it. The pool and spa area were beautifully kept and were never crowded. Would certainly recommend to others and have no hesitation staying there again. Thank you Martinique for a fantastic experience.
