Position and outlook are exceptional. The swimming pool and spa are the best we have enjoyed anywhere. Cleanliness was of a very high standard. All staff encountered were very good and when repair work had to be done it was done promptly with no intrusion. The welcoming gift was a pleasant surprise and most generous. -

The apartment and position, as in proximity to Surfer's Paradise was perfect, close enough to walk to, far enough away not to be bothered by traffic etc. The beach being right through a gate was ideal. The view was something to behold! -

With a 3 year old who loves water the pool was brilliant. The location of the units was also excellent being just 75 metres from the beach and 5 minutes walk into town. It was very quiet being off the main road and the upstairs rooms are shaded by treetops. -

It was a brief stay but what we saw of the complex was that it is clean and tidy. The pool temp was a little cold so could have done with a little heating and we only had one towel between the both of us. We didn't complain because only stayed over night and found out it was missing when getting ready for bed. Everything else was great.

Staff that check us in was really helpful. She was professional and informative.
The highlight was on Sunday 4 August at noon where we picked up our luggage in the lobby and 1 staff approached us and offered whether we wanted a lift to the Airport. He asked his colleague (South Korean) whether he can take us to the Airport and he said Yes. So we went on the buggy and we were there on time. Absolutely loved our stay at Vue Apartments. Apartment was luxurious as was the amazing view of the 180 degree ocean and the mountains when we entered the apartment. The massage lady (Christine) was just lovely. Having a massage on the balcony of the apartment was a highlight of the trip. Just so relaxing and decadent. -

Great resort style apartments, great staff, really top spot being just opposite the beach and walking track and close to 2 playgrounds for our little one. The staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean, must say one of the cleanest bathrooms I have seen for a long time. Pool and gardens were very well maintained. Inside pool was an added bonus. Rooftop area was great. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Great location.

The location was first class, any closer to the water and you would have got wet. The staff were very helpful and polite. Don't be put off re lack of air con because the breeze off the ocean was great and kept the unit cool at all times. The units are spacious and well maintained. I loved every minute of my stay. I had guests stay for the weekend

This apartment hotel provided everything for a perfect beach holiday.The 2 bedroom apartment was nicely furnished and had a kitchen with everything you need for preparing meals.the location was perfect,directly on the beach, and a wonderful view from the balcony. The manager of the complex was very friendly and helpful. The whole building, apartment and the heated pool were very clean. Will definitely come again and can highly recommend.

My kids (ages 17,11 and 6) and I absolutely loved our stay. The pool was just divine! everything I had hoped for. Our apartment was lovely, spacious clean. We met lovely families, walked to the beach, just out the gate. We just loved it and cant wait to go back next year.
I asked the kids what was their favourite part of holiday? Dreamworld? No the pool at Grande Florida.
