I cannot express how much of a perfect time we had at Roydon. From the pickup at the airport to the transfer back to the airport, everything was just as we had wished for but better. We have had the Appartement with two Bedrooms and balcony with Oceanview. The Sunrise was really great to see from the balcony!!!!
The Appartement was very big and very clean. The kitchen is well equiped.
We felt like home and Eddi was very helpful to orginized our day trips for us.
The Roydon is located perfectly at the beach and for day trips around cairns (Great Barrier Reef, Kuranda .....). It is perfect to stay with Children.

Spacious, light and breezy apartment right on the beachfront with glorious views of the beach/ocean. Nice balcony on which to relax while taking in the view.
Trinity Beach is a lovely beach area not too far from Cairns yet easy day trips to all the sights in the greater Cairns area
Kitchen is very well equipped including shopping bags, esky, all the utensils, pots and pans you need. The apartment also had washing machine/dryer, aircon in all major rooms including bedrooms.

We had a superior ocean view room on 22nd floor. Excellent view but a bit windy so the balcony didn't get a lot of use. Apartment was excellent. Very clean, quiet and comfortable.
Staff were extremely helpful and attentive and sorted any minor problems we had.

The position is sensational, next door to all services you need like massage, supermarket, beautician, hair, post office, restaurants, clothes shopping all while being across the road to the beach. The view is fantastic! The apartment was very well appointed and stylish. Loved the Managers, both husband and wife go the extra mile to help you. We loved our time at the Grand Mercure. Staff are friendly and very down to earth. The facilities are great we spent more time in the pool then we did at the beach. The location is awesome you can smell the beach and plenty of restaurants to go to. I would rate this place very highly. -
