  Fantastic value for money - I was a bit worried because it was at such a low rate...but the rooms are big! It is very comfortable. Staff are helpful and 24 hrs. There are two pools, which was great for the kids. Restaurant, room service at night, and $8 cooked eggs for breakfast. We stayed in the most basic of rooms. However the "kitchenette" had... what people say » everything, including an electric cooker, so really the only thing you are missing out on is an oven. It is certainly not brand new, but it is clean - 1. and out of the CBD which enabled us to have a peace and quietness during the days and nights for rest and sleep. 2. Fast & efficient check in and check out. 3. linkage and calls for taxi service. 4. Easy access to Esplanade walkway for walks, exercise and relaxation. 5. Swimming pool for apartments easily accessible and free for my children, and not crowded. 6 Very convenient apartments for family my size.

  The resort and beach was amazing. It was the nicest place on our trip (out of Cairns, Port Douglas and Fitzroy). It was a very relaxing stay with delicious cocktails by the pool and pub meals at the ocean side bar. You could snorkely straight from the shore to see coral and little fish which was great. The coral wasn't as good as other places... what people say » but was still very nice and very safe and convenient. I would also recommend doing the scuba dive from the shore. The resort offered a free 10 minut - Weather was nice and that always helps!! Great hotel, friendly and very helpful staff. Fantastic location. We had booked a 2 bedroom apartment, the room with the "apartment" had a view of the sea, was bright and lovely. Luckily we were in the "apartment" and not the darker room!!!!!!!!

The managers were very hospitable and gave great advice on eateries and the activites available - the owners fred and antonia were very helpful and charming the service was great

  As we do stay at nautilus frequently a cheaper rate would entice more stays more often. We did take you up on an email offer in May 2013 which did encourage us to stay with you again. However as there are many resorts to choose from a special offer for valued customers would encourage us to return again!!! - The friendly staff and people within t... what people say » he same facility.   We liked the size of the bedroom. Everything was very clean and the staff was friendly. The location is gorgeous, a few minutes by walking from the CBD, a little bit more from South bank but there's a rental bikes station close to the hostel and it's very cheap so you don't have to take any transport if you want to visit the whole city. Marie - The hotel had fantastic friendly staff that went out of their way to help and make us feel welcome. Fantastic food, rooms were clean and well kept. Room had a beautiful view. Situated in the perfect spot for shopping, going to south bank, restaurants and public transport. Highly recommend staying there.

  The location can't be beaten if you want to look at the city. We had the trains and buses at the door and only a block away from Kurilpa Pedestrian Bridge which gives access to the Southbank with only a 10 min walk. Being right in the cbd was great and we enjoyed our evening views over the street. Being on the 9th floor meant we were far enough aw... what people say » ay from any street noise. The staff were friendly and obliging. This is a great spot to explore from. We enjoyed being almost across the road from Rom - The first time I stayed at Abbey apartments I booked a superior room but it was absolutely disgusting. Shocking! So this time I asked to make sure I really had a superior room as each time I paid extra for it. This time my room was lovely. Great value for money. Lovely furnishings, dishwasher, dryer,and washing machine. I appreciated that the improved things for me this time. I liked that the heating and cooling was so easy to control and fab location.

  The location made it really easy for me to walk to most places I had in mind to visit. The City, Gallery of Modern Art and Foetitude Valley.   It's basically a nice place. Staff are friendly, though I had no issues to deal with to see how they managed them. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was adequate.   very clean and fresh after a long flight, this was my second stay at Traders, I fly from Manila every 6wks with my employment, I am a Seaman. I will now make Traders my regar hotel in Brisbane.   all of the categories were excellent, the staff were exceptional, proactive and offering assistance without being asked; dealt with non-responsive credit card chip politely and quickly; accommodated unusual check in and out times without a hitch. Always feel valued customer here ( and also at the Sheridan St BW where I have also staye. Location opposite Central SC suits very well, and security - Very impressed as soon as I walked in the room. Definitely value for money with the convenience of being in the heart of the city.
