Everything has been thought of down to bathroom lighting at night. Clean Eygyptian cotton white hygenically washed bed linen instead of re used bedspread expected for 5 star. Fabulous decor, wonderful attentive staff, 24 hour service, great location so close to excellent shops and restaurant and relaxing roof top pool. Value for money.

  Just loved to be together and relax and unwind have a drink and a great meal then see the show then went back to the beautiful room then in morning we had a sensational meal in the flames cafe. Had a great time, the breakfast included in our room was very good and also the staff were very helpful, thank you.

  We arrived late after an extremely long journey from the uk and were immediately greeted warmly. We were told all about our room. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept well. The bath/wetroom was absolutely ideal for my wife who is disabled. It was quiet even though it was close to the breakfast room.   We had a fabulous stay and cannot fault the accommodation and facilities. A couple of things that were a stand out was the standard of our room - modern, comfy and clean and the location - pretty much walking distance to everything.   As we do stay at nautilus frequently a cheaper rate would entice more stays more often. We did take you up on an email offer in May 2013 which did encourage us to stay with you again.   We stayed in the king spa room. Although it said it was a 2 person spa, i doubt that my husband and i could both fit in it, but enjoyed seperate spa's. The room was spacious and the bed was one of the best hotel beds we have slept in. Breakfast was includeded and it was a great selection. Breakfast was good, in addition to traditional choices (cold and hot) included some unconventional dishes tailored to Asian tourists. Staff was helpful and efficient.   The full kitchen and laundry facilities, close to everything. Modern facilities, nice pool (a lot of hotels in Cairns are very dated from the 1980s tourist boom I think). There was a mix-up when we were checking in and we were quoted a much higher price than we booked, but for a Harbourview room. We ended up getting a Harbour view room anyway but ... what people say » paying a really great price! Loved the view and the location. Also, they provide all eco-products for laundry, dish-washing etc., not just the standar - Great location. Right beside the marina and very close to the city. Lots of choices of nice restaurants just downstairs. Staff are extremely helpful. Helped us with all the bookings of shuttle bus and site visits. The studio hotel apartment was great value of money. The ocean view from the balcony was fantastic. Can't wait to come back to Harbour Lights for our next Cairns holiday!
