They picked us up from the airport and even took us back to the airport even though we had checked out 2 hours before we needed to be at the airport. This was much more than we expected.   I stayed for two nights for a sporting event. After a long drive it was easy to relax in the very comfortable, attractively decorated and well equipped room. The hotel staff were helpful and pleasant. The bathroom was very clean and well supplied. The wifi was excellent. I would have liked to have had more time to explore the town and surrounds - The room was fresh (new carpet, nice furniture, well maintained, well painted) and inviting. The bathroom was recently completely remodeled and was quite modern. The owner, Neil, was friendly and very helpful with a recommendation for a good nearby restaurant that evening. The morning that we checked out he gave us more effective directions to the highway than our gps system offered.

  Extremely friendly staff (especially George!), the room was large and very welcoming and had all facilities required including a very spacious shower. Great location and the room was quiet even though the hotel is on the main road through town. - Friendly and relaxed feel with very comfortable rooms.

  The lovely lady who runs the place was patient, adorable and very acoomidating. For an old, cheap motel we were very comfortable and waking up to the sound of the ocean is always a pleasure.. P.s. free wifi was handy - great location with stunning views, very clean unit with plenty of room

  Rooms are of a good size, clean and tidy.The Motel has a bar-b-q area which was well furnished and useable. Parking freely available as was the use of WiFi. The owner, Graham, was very welcoming and helpful as was his wife. The Motel is away from the hussle and bussle of Byron Bay centre and that is a good thing, without being too far out of he ce... what people say » ntre. A good place to base yourselves if you want to explore Byron at a not too expensive price. The gardens are beautiful. - I brought my partner here for a weekend away and the greeting on arrival was lovely they even did a special gift with tim tams and wine which was beautiful and thoughtful and we really appriciated it a lot :-) Staff were really helpfull with any questions we had mainly in regard where to get food which was very handy.
