The friendly hosts were always helpful and so nice, nothing was a problem for them. Really liked the location and grounds, so relaxing and calming. The accomodation was clean and very nice, loved the spa and comfy big bed. Also, the breakfasts were generous and yum!. Will definitely return..... -

VERY nice and helpful people running these great apartments.
Our apartment was very spacious with a double and a twin room, a huge living room and a full kitchen with a washing machine and a big balcony, big bathroom with tub and shower and washing machine and dryer.

Even though it is an apartment and not a hotel there was linen, towels and a little soap. But it is not changed. -
The managers, Jill & John, went above and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I liked the quiet and privacy of my apartment very much. The only sound I heard often was the birds and that was lovely! It was extremely clean and that is truly important to me. The apartment size was perfect. It was completely accessible to town and beach so I was able to walk everywhere. I would definitely stay again.

We arrived after check-in time and found that the room had been warmed up us. The decorations and furniture were fitting to the style of the room and the amenities very clean.
Breakfast next morning was a full cooked breakfast.
Staff were very friendly, were more than willing to show us around the old building and to tell us about its history.

This establishment is quite intimate with only 5 suites, all well appointed. Unfortunately due to our late booking we were placed in the smallest room adjacent to the office. Next time we will sprcifically book the four poster bed at the front. Breakfast is filling and basic.

We have stayed at Coogee Bay Hotel before and loved it. This time we stayed at the Pub Style accom and our room was upgraded(thanks Coogee Bay) but it was very noisy compared to the Boutique Style where we were before. We love staying there, as the beach is so close we just walk across the road, everything is very handy to get to.The food is great

We checked out in the morning and left our bags with the concierge as we
had a late flight back to Europe. When we came back to collect our bags
I asked if there was anywhere I could get changed (into travelling
clothes). I was given a pass to the inhouse gym and told I could also
use the shower. This was a fantastic service and I really appreciated
being able to do this before a 24 hour flight home!

Restaurant was amazing! Not at all what I was expecting in Wagga Wagga! We missed out on dinner the night of our son's march out as it is SO popular! but the Breakfasts and room service desserts just rubbed in what we missed out on!! the menu was divine! Our car had broken down just outside Newcastle (had to be towed) causing us to be late arriving at Hotel, with only 1/2 hour for a quick change to attend a family wedding. 1.Comfortable pillows and bed.
2.The extra bedside reading lamp with the on/off switch in easy reach.
3. Decent size coffee mugs in addition to the normal small cups.
4. Room was a decent size and well decorated and well lit with both natural light and light fittings.
5. The balcony was excellent, private and with an ocean view.
6. Short distance from the beach.

Very comfortable and quiet hotel in an excellent location. Staff offered us a reasonably priced upgrade to a harbour view room which we accepted. Beautiful room on a high floor and lovely view. Great bathroom with separate shower which I prefer. We had a room service late snack which arrived promptly. Quality of food was average but as we only had the mushroom soup other options could have been tastier. Breakfast was fantastic with many choices for a a wide variety of cultures.

We really enjoyed having a room that was peaceful and well cared for. We enjoyed the clean environment and the ability to walk to any shops without having to use transport. We loved the warm pool and the various services offered (pool service, breakfast, clean towels). The staff were professional (could be a little more friendly).
