We checked out in the morning and left our bags with the concierge as we
had a late flight back to Europe. When we came back to collect our bags
I asked if there was anywhere I could get changed (into travelling
clothes). I was given a pass to the inhouse gym and told I could also
use the shower. This was a fantastic service and I really appreciated
being able to do this before a 24 hour flight home!

The owner is so nice, he gave us some good advice about the beaches around, and he provided us fresh milk! Plus, the location is quite convenient, close to a shopping village, walking distance to a lovely beach, and 15 min drive to the Jervis Bay National Park. -

It was spacious and clean. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom which make things a lot easier when travelling in a group. It was warm and very comfortable. There was a drying rack for all the snow equipment. -

Our car had broken down just outside Newcastle (had to be towed) causing us to be late arriving at Hotel, with only 1/2 hour for a quick change to attend a family wedding. I appreciated the following:
1.Comfortable pillows and bed.
2.The extra bedside reading lamp with the on/off switch in easy reach.
3. Decent size coffee mugs in addition to the normal small cups.
4. Room was a decent size and well decorated and well lit with both natural light and light fittings.
5. The balcony was excellent, private and with an ocean view.
6. Short distance from the beach.

Very comfortable and quiet hotel in an excellent location. Staff offered us a reasonably priced upgrade to a harbour view room which we accepted. Beautiful room on a high floor and lovely view. Great bathroom with separate shower which I prefer. We had a room service late snack which arrived promptly. Quality of food was average but as we only had the mushroom soup other options could have been tastier. Breakfast was fantastic with many choices for a a wide variety of cultures.

this accommodation is awesome, with complete facilities and beautiful scenery to the open sea. too bad, me and my family only stayed there for one night and used it as our transit hotel when travelling from Melbourne to Canberra. someday, I would really love to spend more nights there! -

We really enjoyed having a room that was peaceful and well cared for. We enjoyed the clean environment and the ability to walk to any shops without having to use transport. We loved the warm pool and the various services offered (pool service, breakfast, clean towels). The staff were professional (could be a little more friendly).
