Clean and tastefully appointed rooms. We were a mature couple travelling with our mature daughter. The owners son who I gathered worked on mainting the Motel was very pleasant and very much open for a chat whenever we encountered him which made us feel very much at home. i liked the location, the room, the kitchenette was great and the kitchen Sunbeam equipment was a bonus.
i cooked a lot of great meals.
the layout of the room was good,
it felt like home.
Laundry service was great.
and the Costumer service was FANTASTIC.
We came for 1 Night BUT we Stayed for 3 Nights Because we liked it so much.
Landscaping was great and the Herb plants on the gazebo ware a pleasantly useful.

From the moment my wife and I arrived,Les and Margaret couldn't do enough for us. The room was immaculate to say the least; the location is very handy and breakfast was fantastic. Highly recommend to anyone needing somewhere to stay if travelling to Iluka, you can't go wrong here.

The Lakeside Holiday apartment was very nice. The owner/manager was very helpful. The apartment had a nice view of the lake and was very close to the beach and a reasonable walk to the center of town. I would recommend the apartment to anyone staying in Merimbula. -
