  The hotel was spotless in an excellent location of Sydney. The area was safe & friendly. The concierge staff & in particular Troy gave invaluable advice on how to get the most out of your trip to Sydney. We have since travelled to a new hotel in Melbourne & really notice the difference in their assistance compared to the Grace Hotel. T... what people say » he hotel had been recommended to us & it surpassed all expectations. - The hotel design is unique, the situation to shops, retaurants, Darling Harbour, OperaHouse,buses, trains etc. is convenient. The bed was fairly firm, certainly better than 99% of other hotels.The concierges were extremely helpful too.When the sign to service the room is placed on the door, one's room is cleaned etc almost immediately! A very pleasant stay!10 Out of 10!

  I have lived in Aus for five years, this time , just come back for travelling, because need to stay for one week, so i choose this apartment hotel. The location was good, near the Myer , David Jones, China town and the most attractions. And the room equipmented with all the things you need, just like in you home. so i recommend it to the people w... what people say » ho will have a long stay in Sydney - The view from our room 4107 was absolutely fantastic! they had run out of rollaway beds ,but made up a bed for our daughter in the lounge which was just perfect for her to stay with us for a couple of nights.We loved your apples and the friendliness of all your staff even the cleaning ladies. We also loved the pool ,spa and sauna..Thank you for everything.

  Great location and view of Darling Harbour and Paddy's City Market. Although it is some distance to the Rocks and the Opera House, it is walkable and can see a lot of things on the way.   The one bedroom apartment we stayed in was spacious, well appointed and had a balcony. It was cleaned and serviced every day. Location was very convenient to CBD, transport and shopping. The staff was lovely, very polite and attentive and I thoroughly reccommend Oaks. If you are a traveler like me and my partner, then splash out a little on a weekend and stay here, you will feel refreshed!   Have stayed here 4 times now. 4 different rooms. All absolutely fine. Great location and good value for money considering the expense of Sydney CBD accommodation. Suited me perfectly. Receptionist lovely and friendly. Fourth floor rooms are nice. If you have luggage then perhaps be prepared to lug or request lower floor. Otherwise, if you can't ge... what people say » t up 4 flights of stairs then that should be a wake up call to your fitness! Nice kitchen and lounge facilities on 3rd floor, so you can really cater - Everything was better than I expected. Paid about 70 AUD per night (2 night stay) which is excellent value. The location is the most convenient possible for business trip (better than Westin which I tried the previous week and costs 5x)

  Arrived Saturday afternoon so as to attend an even Saturday night. The hotel is in a great location, the apartment is spacious and has everything you might need, it is not super luxurious but is perfect for a city trip. We had afternoon drinks and nibbles in our loungeroom/kitcheb, took a refreshing swim in the pool which was great before gettin... what people say » g ready to go out. When we got back, the room was quiet and comfortable and I had a great sleep in. All in all it was a great little unit, felt like - The reception staff were marvellous, and extremely helpful. My visit to Syd was to attend hospital appointments and it was a great relief to me each day to know when treatments ended I was going back to my lovely comfy room where I could just relax. I will definitely stay there the next time I have to return to Sydney.
