The staff were extremely helpful driving us to our Christmas function and picking us up at midnight.

Didn't have our booking on arrival
No white wine in fridge and we were served very "off" red wine which we passed on
Made our bed with clothes inside bedsheets.
More landscaping near the rooms carpark with shrubs, trees flowers or grass would make the outside more appealing.
We were charged for the room by mistake twice the manager mentioned to us as leaving haven't got refunded yet been 8 days.
TV was not digital ready, shower recess needs to be defined to stop water all over bathroom, toilet cistern has stuck button (Rm 27).
The pool needs maintenance. When booking with the hotel please make
sure they get a location map where it is as we went thru half a tank
of petrol before we found the hotel needs more comfortable furniture
for the price.
Bed was too hard
Bathroom floor had metal shrapnels from maintenance work
WIFI was okay but intermittent.
The receptionist (when found) appeared not to understand or read
English. The room was spartan with no hand towels or face washers, no
extra pillows. No restaurant as advertised or facilities for breakfast
with no cooking utensiled if you wished to cook yourself and apart from
a spa bath nothing to recommend it as a delux unit. The noisey air
conditioner was in need of a good service .

Room that we stayed in smelt like someone had just been to the toilet and did not flush.
Pool was dirty, air con leaked water all night, no extra pillows, no face clothes.
not value for money. very basic room was supposed to be deluxe, if room 18 is deluxe I wouldn't like to stay in "standard".
old hotel, the side panel right next to the main door which could be accessed from outside doesn't provide much comfort to security considerations.
Noise, uncomfortable bed, no sink for dishes, close to road, expensive breakfast.
