overall experience was very good. the site and cottage was lovely. we had a relaxing wonderful time. Staff are friendly and very helpful. I would stay again. The staff are polite and friendly and very helpfull The cottage was awesome The landscape was clean and the gardens are nice. Breakfast platter and fresh baked bread was welcoming. Very minor things, but just stopped the excellent box - TV remote needed batteries, The sugars for tea/coffee making were not replaced. Some suggestions - Perhaps a few more nibbly items thrown in wont cost much but would be very well received. Even Champagne on arrival... example of $20 bottle. Factor it into the room rate. that said.... still had a great time, just had to get up and change the channels and saved my waistline a bit.
