Everything. The hotel is in a great location and the unit we stayed in (19) has taken every need into account. Walk to shops and the Wharf. Overly secure but if you have your key no problems. the position. Close proximity to shops. No internet!!! Smoke from other balconies. Exhaust fans in both bathrooms useless. Building issue!. There were no flyscreens and the night lights in the adjoining were too bright. We were fined $150 for swimming in the pool after hours, but the pool wasn't locked, nor was there any visible signage to state what time the pool closed or that we would incur a fine. After being told that we weren't aloud in the pool after hours, we got out straight away and apoligised, but still got fined. We understand that we were in the wrong, but we were unaware that we were breaking the rules in the first place!. I told family about Côte d'Azur and they came along but the whole time I was there I received complaints so I realized even though it has 54 apartments its not family friendly for those that want to holiday and have fun I believe holidaying with family is about laughter and togetherness which Côte d'Azur didn't want. The decor was very dated. Some furniture was broken cracks noticeable in walls and light not working in main bedroom. Nothing. 2nd bedroom had double bed- problem as teenagers do not sleep together thankfully the couch was comfy but it really needs to specify bed types in 2nd bed room. Foxtel tv there is no movie channels. Only minor annoyance was the parking spot for our unit #4 was so far from the lift #2 that we had to use. Rooms needed some updating. With many of the walls needing cracks repaired & painting. Rooms felt outdated & needed some modernising. The unit we stayed in had cobwebs all over the ceiling and windows in the main room. There was a mouldy patch on the carpet from the ensuite and cleaner had used excess bleach to cover the smell. None of the exhaust fans were working. Outdoor area has never seen a clean I would assume from time of set up. May be this Unit only and I can't say anything about the others. the noise you get from the adjoining units," not sound proof."Carpet wet from ensuite shower , no staff to check you have your power turned on in unit. We were sold wrong room. We had no ocean views, we didn't have a patio., And the pool was cold. All these things had been written down as features of our A. accommodation purchase which I made with great deliberation six weeks ago.
