Staff where very friendly, got fresh milk for drink's with coffee making facilities. Toiletries supplied. It was clean and bed's were comfortable. Car parking right in front of rooms. Not many places have beding for 2 adults and 3 kids. The staff were friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person. (The trip up to the local attraction of Mt Kaputar with its various lookouts is worth the 45 minutes travel each way. Allow a good couple of hours up there).

All facilities in the room worked well and the bath towels were of an above average quality, a small thing I know but just a pleasant surprise. Ground floor accommodation - didn't have to carry bags upstairs. Parking outside room. Very helpful recommendations about places to eat. I stayed on my way back from Canberra to Brisbane. Nice facilities and clean environment. I would love coming back here. The staff are great. It was the perfect place to stay after a very long day traveling. The resident pooch is gorgeous. Friendly staff/management. Value for money. Cleanliness of room. Adequate space and all appropriate fixtures. Even though the motel is listed as a budget motel it was very comfortable. I didn't like that I didn't have enough time to explore narrabri. Bit dated. tv a bit small to watch and reception not very good. nothing. Nothing. all good. Pool was closed. Nothing. that with heavy rain the water floods part of the car park neary up to the motel door. Too far to town facilities.
