Our room was spacious, very comfortable the views were beautiful. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends. Great spot, walking distance of shops and eating. The staff went out of their way to find out about winery tours and were most helpful. Breakfast was yummy! bed was comfy and large screen tv made it easy to relax! Short walk to shops. everything you need to make a tea or coffee. Large Spa for two :) Great Get away!.

The room was comfortable with great views of the lakes. We were looking for a weekend away without the kids to relax and this was exactly what we wanted. The location. Walking distance from shops and lake. Wonderful to learn on my arrival that a market was on the next morning "next door". Excellent views across the lake. Good location close to local pub/bistro and cafes for take away breakfast. Quiet and clean Good TV. Very clean hotel complex comfy bed and chairs balcony overlooking lake excellent could have been any where in aust. Walk to eateries in the town which were good & the setting of accomadation. It was such a shame to see a property in this condition. Although informed and attentive staff could help present this property in a better light. The location was central. Nothing. The only thing I didnt like was that the holiday was only for 2 days and not longer!! I could stay here for weeks on end!!. the website we looked at prior to booking had the incorrect information. That I could not operate the heater. It was stuck on cold. My fault as I noticed reception was closed didn't like to disturb. Nothing. Nothing all good. Nothing as such we had an enjoyable relaxing time. Website stated a hairdryer supplied but wasn'T. Also our patio was filthy- litter including old cigarettes and outdoor furniture was in disarray. The staff forgot to clean our room the second day we were there. However it was explained to me that the girl was new and when I rang rexeption to kindly ask for fresh towels they were very apologetic and accommodating. Having to wait for over an hour in the restaurant which was not busy for our meals. TV was not working in one of the rooms. Missed out on a lake view room! Could not pay for brekkie next morning when checking out as office was closed, so went back next day and got it sorted, as was staying nearby. No real complaints. too much hanging space but not enough drawer space, space inside the shower very small and confined. Nothing. not enough privacy with people walking past the balcony window, reluctant to sit outside and enjoy the view or have the curtains and door open. Uncomfortable pillows. Bathroom not heated Noisy guests (not property fault) Pillows uncomfortable Restaurant advertised but not open. The receptionist was cold and detached. Needs upgrade, looks tired and no seats outside on balcony to see the view. The appartment was very tired and grubby looking. The balcony area was dirty, cobwebs between railings and in the corners with bugs in some of them. Cigerette buts were on the floor. The kitchenette had only a microwave, no hotplates. There was no tea towel, or dishwashing cloth.The spa did not work. When brought to the attention of the staff on duty, We were told that he did not know what was usually provided in the units, and then said the spa in appartment was not working. The rooms were old and very small. The shower water trickled out of the rose and when I spoke to management about this problem they said there was nothing they could do as the building was old. expensive cold uninterested staff.
