Even though the pictures on the Website look a little dated our apartment was very modern and the perfect ending to our Honeymoon. The apartment is perfectly situated for anything you wish to get too on the Sunshine Coast if you are playing Tourist or if you are just wanting a nice relaxing break. Two bedrooms was great, rockpools across the road was so easy to keep the kids amused. Sunrise over the ocean from the lounge window was stunning and inspired an early morning walk. Walking to cafes, restaurants and fish and chips...yummy!.
all reviews » The location,the apartment was spot on.The staff were polite and made you welcome.The vending machine and it's goods,small detail but it was very useful.We had a most pleasant stay.The parking was great with our own lock up garage. The position was fantastic and to be able to see the sunrise each morning rising up over the ocean. Everything within the apartment was very clean and would be very easy living there. Walking distance to shops, cafe's. The beach is across the road. The pool facility was terrific for the family. Room contained everything we needed to be self-sufficient. the staff were very helpful and friendly the appartment was excellent across the road from beach and close to main centre facilities and equipment very good. Our apartment (rm 18) was perfect. Spacious & clean with lovely decor. The pool was a welcome place to cool down. Managers very helpful & friendly. Close to the beaches and great paths for good walks. Plenty of sunshine and the clear blue skies. It was good to have our own safe parking. Lovely friendly staff. Close to shops and reastaurants. The location was fantastic - right on the Esplanade close to the beach and walking distance to pretty much everything you need. position only about an hour and A half drive from brisbane.easy walking to beach and resturants just loved the whole place. We were treated well and everything was as advertised. This was an excellent location and a really comfortable apartment. Clean spacious apartment, well equipped. Very friendly staff and well organised. Lovely little pool for the kids. The apartment and facilities were clean, staff were friendly and it is in a great location. There was plenty of room to move about the unit. It was close to the beach and shops. just a 5 min walk to coles. bus stop right out side and a bus every 12 mins each way. Great location, walking distance to restaurants, shopping, beach etc. Comfortable and cost of room, facilities was good. Staff friendly. Bit close to the intersection for the front units, get's noisy in the rain. Pack light, the stairs are a killer with too big a suitcase...certainly not thier fault though. I would have to be honest and report that there was nothing to be disliked in our opinion. We had not been told there is a trick to turning on the ceiling lights in the bedrooms, so we used only the bed lights at night. The mattress of one bed in the 2nd bedroom was uncomfortable. for 2 weeks we could have expected linen and towel refresh at least once. Eating out was'nt too great the prices were a little over the top for the meals we had. I couldnt find any single women. Incredibly noisy, from other guests and the road noises. There was highway noise as we faced onto the main Rd. This couldn't be helped though.Passageway from garages to unit was quite dark in the daytime. A light would have been good during the day. no lifts. Bathroom & toilet could do with updating. Noise of traffic. Survey did not give option of extended adult family - I had to answer group of friends. We arrived after dark and the light outside our apartment did not work making it difficult to get the key in the lock. Also one of the bedside lights did not work and was not replaced even after we advised management. Only complaint no heating in family room. The car spaces are too small. not enough toilet paper. perhaps have a full roll not 1/4 roll left when we arrived. The rattling windows when it was windy it keeped my wife up. only issue was with the TV not working all the time. the rain !!! lol ,,nothing we did not like about staying here. No lock on the front security screen- just an empty lock socket, no safety chain on front door, not all window locks worked only bedroom was air conditioned. Space for parking in carport was challenging. They are a little bit exaggerated about noise. Very dusty and the blinds couldn't be adjusted because they were broken. The bed. The unit is "tired", paint peeling in the toilet, sofas in need of a freshen up, old plastic plants need to be removed. Overall unit was surface clean but in need of a thorough clean. Toilet,windows, ceiling fans all dirty and blanket bedding in need of washing. the beds needs upgrading as it was very hard and you could feel the springs. the facilities was very outdated but bearable. They can used an upgrade for sure. The apartments was not clean, there was a layer of dust pretty much over the whole apartment. Room was not that clean, has only been surfaced cleaned, wipe marks on the table, dishes that had been put in cupboard were dirty, and there is no cleaning supplies that you can wipe down the benches with yourself. Shower/spa not legal and dangerous. Step up too high. The bed bugs. After reporting we had to stay out of the apartment the following day while the place was fumigated. The apartment was not very clean and some of the furniture and fixtures were broken. Very disappointing.
