Friendly, helpful owners & staff. Clean,comfortable room. Close to shops,cafes & restaurants & Southern Highlands' attractions. This is the second time my husband & I have stayed this year & as we now have family in the area,we will probably be staying here more often.. I liked the central heating, made it very comfortable as I was back very late/early morning and it was a cold night. The newspaper at the door on Sunday morning - nice touch. The water was hot and the towels large and fluffy.

All the information on the area and how to use the television. The room was lovely and very comfortable. Amazing bathroom. Friends at the same wedding stayed in Bowral and wished they had stayed where we did. Wonderful staff. Am recommending to friends and family. It was in an ideal location for all the activites we planned for the weekend in the southern highlands area. There was a great Italian restaurant within 5 mins walk. Close to railway Stn Very Hospitable Comfortable Wolud stay there by preference any time I had need to visit the Southern Highlands, which happens from time to time. The motel was neat and clean. The hosts were very friendly and we would certainly have no hesitation in staying there again or recommending the motel to friends. David the manager and his team were very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast with home baked bread. Location just a short walk to railway station and shops. Room design and comfort, warm and helpful disposition of all staff members, the buffet breakfast was very good. The friendly, helpful, and can do attitude. They went out of their to ensure I was comfortable. Well designed. Comfortable and "cosy". Staff were friendly and helpful. Really well appointed - everything just as you would like it to be. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the lack of shelf space in the bathroom. The pillows!. Needing to negotiate stairs to access our room. Nothing. There's really nothing much to do in Mittagong.... breakfast was expensive. The rooms are a little tired looking and unfortunately the night I stayed I had a noisy Neighbour who kept me up all night. The room card was a bit hit and miss as to when it would work. The card is also for after hours access. The external door insert needs to be upgraded. A little traffic noise but too intrusive. Heating too high. Given the room price the additional cost of breakfast made it very expensive. very noisy-road noise. No gluten free options for breakfast - that made breakfast expensive for a bit of fruit and coffee. Room was upstairs - this was not obvious when I booked. Rather expensive for what was offered and the location next to the highway made it somewhat noisy. Bed was a bit too soft.
