  Stayed for a 3 night short break location was superb just a short walk to just about everything , apartment was spacious, clean and had all the amenities you could need. Staff were really good especially the reception , had a number of occasions I went to the desk for help or advice on things and all the staff I encountered were brilliant. Thanks to everyone at Citadines , we had a great time - Melbourne is not a cheap city for accommodation and the price on letsbookhotel.com was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, even when we arrived at 2am due to a delay in our flight. The room was well sized, clean and very comfortable. The hotel is in the CBD and close to the main part of town, and only a short walk or tram ride from everything else. Will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family.

  The Hotel is what is advertises to be, A budget hotel. it has all of the basics required to sleep in for the night. We were a family of 4 on a one night stop over. Family room was sufficient for our purpose (to sleep after 18 hour travel). Rooms were clean. Hot water & shower worked. Staff were good & helpful. For the price, it was really good. - Price was fantastic.Considering this is a budget hotel, I was shocked that towels were changed on a daily basis, have stayed same amount of time at more expensive hotels & not had towels changed at all during stays. Staff were very friendly & very helpful. Fantastic place for the budget conscience with a fantastic location.

  The hotel suited our requirements perfectly. The location was good, the staff were exceptionally helpful. The beds were so comfortable.   Amazingly convenient if arriving by train or on the bus from the Airport. Reception staff were very friendly, room was spacious with comfortable chairs and a low table as well as a desk and chair. These acts of kindness & excellent customer service are definitely remembered & appreciated.

  The staff were fantastic, they couldn't do enough for you. The room was spacious and very well appointed. They location would be great if you had plans at one of the sporting venues and although you were 2 blocks from the North/South tram routes, there were East/West trams running one street either side of the hotel. Best location - just around the corner from flinders lane where lots of good restaurants / cafes located. One of the best experiences I've had at a hotel - particularly for the price we paid!

The cost of a three night stay was incredably inexpensive for its central city position. Not a luxury hotel if you want spa baths etc. but most definitely a good quality hotel for travellers who want a bit more than backpacker budget hot

  The staff were awesome. From the pick up & return to the airport by the hotel shuttle bus was a fantastic service. This alone would make me stay here again. Their night shift driver "JP" even dropped me to the nearest Tram so i could use a more cost effective way into the city.   Great location, easy to find and perfect for people who have business at Albert Park facilities or the city. Clean rooms, great breakfast, lovely staff. - The hotel was beyond what we expected.
