  Apartment is very clean, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped with lots of facilities which made our stay very comfortable. The washing machine, dryer and dish-washer are real bonuses. They even helped us to check in our flight to Syd - The staff were extra friendly and helpful allowing us to park the car early in the morning, then go into town and check in later in the day. Exec apartment is comfy, roomy and well equipped, even has a coffee machine. Off street parking is a bonus in this area. Good tram service into the city, short walk to St Kilda beach, cafes/restaurants, Luna park.

  Service was great and all the staff were very friendly. Apartment was very well appointed and quiet. King sized bed meant I could cancel the twins that were ordered for myself and my daughter - we are happy to share a large bed. Lifts were fast. Room was clean. Location was great. The food was very good and so was the serv - We loved Mantra on Russell. From the moment we checked in, the experience was great. Particular mention must be made of Mr Aaron Light at the front desk. He was very professional and extremely helpful. The apartment was very clean and the housekeeping personnel were very good and efficient. We have stayed in several apartments in Melbourne during our previous trips there but this is by far the best! Will definitely stay there again!

  Location was great for the things we were attending. Staff were extremely helpful with regards to travel. The gentleman on reception when we arrived (very late because of flight delays), was more than willing to advise us of which trams to catch and other information. Very quick checkin which helped because we had to be at a show within 30 ... what people say » minutes. - Always enjoy our stay at Harbourview. It's perfect location to shops, transport, restaurants etc is what makes our trips so enjoyable. Staff are always friendly and ready to answer any questions we have. The room was clean ,comfortable and had little extras that made you feel at home.I had a mini box of chocolates and a welcome note waiting in my room as well as my luggage that they had kept secure for me for a week I was traveling to Caines . I am very impressed by the attitude and immediate response of staff on reception following the disturbance during early hours on Monday 14th November by workmen cleaning a grease trap. I am very grateful for their acknowledgment and appreciation of the inconvenience.
