Even walking into the reception and smelling the beautiful scent of the burning candles was such a lovely experience. I ended up staying for 2 nights as I had scored a free night through the overstay program! We got directions from a tradesman and then it was easy going. Our hotel room was beautifully decorated, and the bed was beyond comfortable, nothing like your usual hard hotel bed with stiff sheets. Without trams it will be a 15min walk from Spencer St area as you need to get around this big railway station (i think) and you can't walk straight down Bourk
