I walked into the apartment and was shocked, was so clean, so tidy. And excellent size and when we walked in the bath room there was a large corner spa! The staff we're so friendly. We went out for the night and got back early morning and the staff at the desk said we could have a later check in! Loved it all!. Big and spacious, two bedroom apartment. Large bathroom with jacuzzi and separate shower stand. Very friendly reception staff. Stayed on 4th floor and had a nice balcony running outside the whole apartment. Great location with tram just outside.

Everything, the staff were very friendly and helpful with everything. We had a small problem with air-con and girl fixed while we were out to dinner. The apartment was very comfortable with heaps of room. The location was fantastic. It is right in the middle of the CBD. The spa was amazing after long days of sightseeing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good and we wanted a 2 bedroom apartment in the city.The tea and coffee selection that was supplyed was excellent. It was in a fantastic location/Parking next door. Easy access/easy to find/ great room heaps of space. It could do with a second sofa. Dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher, so we had to put the dishwasher on when we got there and it was quite smelly. And there was no tea towel but we got one as soon as we asked. the fact that the car park although only 80 metres away was far too inconvenient as we had to traipse luggage around in 34 degree plus heat was not conducive to to harmonious relations. Nothing really just being at Easter no service to rooms but you could ask for extra amenities from the front desk. the main bedroom. It was bland. the walk in wardrobe needed updated...best to have a built in with mirrors. there were no mirrors in the main bedroom so you had to continually go to the other guests room to use their wardrobe mirrors. One of the walls needed at least one piece of wall art to add some character! Also, the King size bed was made up of two single mattresses....not really a new age way of providing a king size bed??. None. Slow lift. Queen size mattress was saggy. Our booking had been overlooked and to begin with we were told 'no booking' We did have a print out of the booking advice and then some action was taken to secure a room - it didn't happen in a flash as we sat and waited for phone calls etc. Noisy - traffic could be heard during the night. Double glazed windows would help. I request balcony did not get?. First room on arrival was terrible, noisey, not a pleasant room to be in. Management upgraded us to a much nicer room. Automatic doors at entrance never worked for the 10 days we were there. I think there is a lot better value for your $ in melbourne in fact we had a far superior room on Lonsdale st last time we stayed in melbourne, but chose Quest on Bourke because of a slightly better location. But must give credit to very nice & helpful staff. Needs some TLC and upkeep the room. Starting to look a bit jaded. Uncomfortable lounge. Toilet was stuck on half flush. Admittedly, it was a long weekend and finding a plumber would have been difficult. washing facilities, room needs to be renovated. no fan in bathroom, brand of air freshner in unit....FOUL. On the Monday we found out we still had pay for parking when we been told that was in the amount Sunday that we paid and customer service poor. Very noisy (needs double glazing or very heavy curtains). Bathroom was very dirty with rotting shower surrounds and general uncleanliness (hair etc). We asked twice for the shower to be cleaned but this was never done. Not really serviced and we had to regularly ask for things like sugar, coffee and towels. Basin and toilet not cleaned in the 10 days we were there and bed never changed. feel for house is no well. Drier didn't work. In need of redecoration, not being able to windows fully. The room was dirty. It needed and felt like it needed a really good scrub. There was pieces of ham from a old pizza left on carpet. Room was grotty. No balcony, very noisy (especially on Saturday night), they got our room configurations wrong and said they would fix it the next day and arrange compensation - neither happened!, Car park off-site and expensive, not very good facilities, no air-con or fans in bedrooms making it very stuffy and warm. the amoung of accumulated dust in the bedroom. Dirty rooms need makeover expensive for quality.

The property will endeavor to allocate all guests to the lower floors, however, this may not be available for all of guests. The property will have luggage assistance Monday to Friday from 07:00-10:00 and from 17:00 to 21:00 each evening, 09:00-12:00 and 17:00-21:00 each evening on Saturday and Sunday over these dates. The property apologizes for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience over this time. Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a credit card. You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please not that Quest on Bourke Serviced Apartments requires full payment at time of check in. Please note that this hotel has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Any violation of this policy will result in eviction from the property and additional cleaning fees will be charged. If you are bringing your car with you to Melbourne, Quest on Bourke provides discounted parking at the Southern Cross Building Secure Car Park, located just 80 metres from the property.
