The rooms and bathrooms are stylish, clean, modern, well equipped and finished to a high standard. The continental only breakfast was simple, but plentiful, with freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit salad and a selection of yoghurts, cereals, breads and croissants, with freshly ground expresso style coffee. Our room had a spa bath and balcony, robes and breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice were included. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking accommodation in Melbourne. The guest house was well located and Shane, our host, was very friendly. We got on-street parking right nearby. Easy walking distance to Collins Street and Greville Street. Room had tea and coffee making facilities, nice clean ensuite and a fairly comfy queen sized bed with spare pillows. Best hotel EVER! rooms are exceptionally fresh and clean. Staff was wonderful! Breakfast has lots of fresh fruit and everything you'll want. Rooms have wine glasses, tea, coffee, biscuits and water bottles all free excellent for day trips. Best of all: the bed!. The people were lovely and very efficient, the place was immaculate. Clean, very comfortable, location in South Mel is great. The relaxing comfortable furnishings and homely feel. There is a pub next door with an outdoor area that creates some background noise in the evening with the windows open (although the windows are double glazed and there is individual a/c if required). Nothing. Everything was perfect. My only (very minor) complaint would be that the hot water in the shower was very temperamental. My only issue is actually with letsbookhotel.com itself in that they don't pass enough of your details to guest house staff, or pass on specific check in instructions from guest house to customer. bed was a little bit softer than i like but i still was out for the count wihin minutes!. Nothing to dislike about it. We were locals (Mornington), so it didn't matter, but I don't remember seeing much in the way of tourist/map/tram/train info. Apologies if it was there. Nothing. N/A. Nothing to dislike. One jet in spa was aimed too high up so sprayed water all over the fablous bathroom. Wifi and foxtel was out; lacked the little touches such as tea in the room, flowers or cake that make it different from a hotel.
