Came to Melbourne for my daughter's special birthday. The apartment's excellant location next to Chapel Hill and two tram line stops, the numerous eating places, Coles supermarket and the shopping! Thought the Queen studio apartment was lovely, with washing machine and dryer to use. Loved the wrap around verandah too. A very private place, almost like a home away from home, will definitely come back to stay on my next trip.

We would recommend these apartments to anyone staying in Melbourne. the people when i needed to check in a little earlier the place was in a sensational location and value for price it is clean and just a great little place! :). It is in a great spot, close to all shops. The room was an excellent room, good size , nice balcony, and the room was very clean and modern. Location was amazing and the staff so accommodating to let us check in early. Every thin was fine except the bed and the shower door. Prahran 5.02. Location, convenience and overall facilities in the room. A right sized apartment for a single person or a couple. We loved the ambiance of the 'fire' and the balcony. Couldn't find anything to fault this accommodation. initially the person on the other end of the phone. The shower door was to close to the sink. I nearly broke the shower door when I opened it. Nothing!. I stay at the Hiigh Apartments regularly, usually in a King Apartment. These were all booked out, the Queen Apartment was not one I would stay in again. The bed was like a large bunk bed and inappropriate for the room. There wasn't a bin and the lock on the door was tricky!. The tv remote control buggered me a great deal. Unsuccessful method of texting (subtles). The only way to do was to start 801 in an old fashioned method. The bedding arrangement makes it very difficult to get out of bed and the shelves are actually an OHS issue next to your head!. bedroom was a little claustrophobic. nothing. No room service, would expect that this for the price paid. It was a bit cramped inside. Would not be confortable to stay there for more then a couple of weeks for more than 1 person as it is quite cramped It is a bit of a trek to the city center if you are not familiar with the tram system (it takes 1.5hrs to walk in - not recomended if you are not a walker) A little strange that there is no reception. I had to call to find out what to do about a late checkin - not sure what would have happened if I didn't pre arrange this. I booked a king bed and got a queen, we can't sleep properly in a queen. The bedroom was so small, there was hardly any room around the bed. We were expected to put the dishwasher on and take our rubbish out- hardly a hotel experience. The bedroom was tiny, to small even for a couple, there were no coat hangers which was painful and disappointing. Len, Brisbane.
