There was a problem paying the bill with cash which had already been prearranged when we checked in, and we had a taxi waiting to take us to the airport while this communication breakdown was being sorted. I rang your office to advise that we were on our way to pay the bill and that we were in a taxi that would be waiting while I paid the bill to make the process speedy, but this did not happen and the taxi fare was quite hefty. all reviews »
We were staying in raglan street unfortunately our next door neighboors were group of drunk idiots slamming the door in and out from the room and swearing screaming and this was going on for hours!!!!we rang the duty manager at 5am and though.he said he already told them off it was still non stop so no point going back to bed!!!! what a disappointing stay!.
I did not realise the apartments were in raglan st. thought when i was booking it was for a apartment in Fitzroy st. It was too far away from where we wanted to be. Had trouble finding the apartments late at night, signage very poor. difficult to find the office location in Fitzroy st, need better signage there as well. As we had attended a event at the Palais, then drive to find the office, then back track to find the apartment, it was a very late night. would not use again.
