As the stay was work related we did not have the opportunity to use the Hotel Facilities. Out for dinner both evenings.

Travelling with my granddaughter I found staff and guests polite and welcoming. We look forward to returning with other family members. Very comfortable, quiet, safe position with ready access to trams.

Ordered a cab 2 hours before needed. Was not informed that the request hadn't been accepted. We should have been told. We waited for the cab and only found out it wasn't coming when I went back to the desk to ask how long it would be. Not good enough!

My wife and I had a great room

Our friends had a handicap wheel chair room which did not even come close to standard we were in ,the beds were inferior , you could not fill the kettle in hand basin it would not fit under tap unlike our room and it had this pokie little window for natural light which was inaccessible from a wheel chair to open .

The staff are always very helpful, the rooms are adequate, sometimes very good, and comfortable. It's easy to get to trams and into the city.

It's getting a bit tired, especially the bathrooms, but still very good overall.

central to Chapel St, St Kilda just down the road and the city a short 4 tram stops away. Will definitely stay again, we were in a standard queen which is fine if your are on a budget as we were.

The staff were friendly and helpful. My meal in the restaurant exceeded expectations and the service was excellent. The bar and pool area was comfortable and congenial for an after show drink. The room was clean and spacious. The location very convenient, with a tram stop just a block away. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Room services was great: friendly staff on the phone, waiting people were friendly, meals delivered on time, efficient, thoughtful delivery. Bar staff were excellent. booking in staff were friendly and efficient. We paid for a cheaper room without a view. Bed was very comfortable. airconditioning was efficient and worked. It wasn't noisy. Close to trams on St Kilda Road. Overall, very good value for money, food was great, breakfasts were terrific, staff werer friendly and clean hotel.

Room 349 curtain slide was wonky, desk lamp globe was missing. Could not air the room and get rid of closed up odour. Fresh air would be nice. We didn't pay for a room with a view - our choice. We didn't realise we were so far from the city or our event venue - our fault.

I liked the hotel cleanliness and staff. The carpark was a bonus as we had our car with us.

The noisy air-conditioning units were going all night. We turned ours off, the neighbours didn't so we listened to theirs. The hotel is on a v busy road and so had to go past and come back on other side of road.

Friendliness of staff. Only a short walk to convenienve store, cafes and pub. Easy access to trams to go straight into city.

Hotel looking a little dated with some noticable wear and tear. Airport transfers a bit more costly and time consuming as further out of city.

Our visit was primarily related to a Conference held at a nearby Venue. Bayview of the Park was suitably located to participate in the Conference and enjoy the amenities of the location

We had booked in and paid for three nights. On return from a day out, which that night was our third night we had been locked out of our room. The question we were asked was how many nights had we paid for. Surely they should check their register before locking out people.

Convenient location when travelling by car. Parking plentiful and reasonably priced, no cbd hassles. Close to tram for cbd. Staff friendly and efficient. Hotel unpretentious and budget friendly, and good value for money.

I enjoyed my 2 night stay in the Bayview. I found the staff totally helpful, and respectful. I like the peaceful-ness of the bayview. It accommodated everything I needed in a short 2 day business trip and I always found the staff helpful. thank you for looking after me at Bayview. I look forward to coming to stay again.
