Me and my partner spent the night at Gilgara Retreat on arrival the hospitality was 5 star very welcoming and made us feel at home. The accomodation was beautiful romantic and allowed us to take in the surroundings we enjoyed our stay very much and anticipate returning with family and friends in August. Thanks for an amazing stay!!

The staff were friendly from the moment we arrived and gave us all the
information we required, plus breakfast was included which I was not
expecting, room was spaciouse and clean with tea and coffee available
with milk in the fridge, air conc was available but not required on this
accassion, close to all town amenities and restaurants, and a great hub
for traveling about the margarate River area. Breakfast at La scapetta
was a joy and the staff there were happy and friendly.

the B&B was central to the township, beautifully presented and full of character. The rooms were small, but clean, with excellent facilities.
The stay was a delight and I would say it was a highlight of our Western Australian trip. Congratulations to the owner/builder for rescuing an old icon of the area, and providing a most unique building.

This was a really quaint guest house in Margaret River. It has real character and was ideal for our 2 night stay in the area. The reception staff were very friendly. I liked the bathroom with a big stand alone bath and the little patio outside. Breakfast was also excellent. If you want something different from another "motel" type room, then it is ideal.

We stayed at the South unit which was very cosy and comfortable for the 4 of us. It was clean with a well-equipped kitchen and the heater was efficient for the cold nights in winter. Even though my children are 19 & 21, they thoroughly enjoyed the farmstay, especially feeding the animals, cuddling the baby lamb and patting the baby kangaroos.
