  I love everything about this hotel and can't imagine staying anywhere else when I'm in Sydney. The atmosphere, the character, the style and the wonderful staff. I recently had to return there at a distressing time, a funeral, I was upgraded to a beautiful waterside room, a bottle of ch - The location , the great spirit of the staff reflected in their work ethic and translated back to me. I stayed 6 nights with my sister as her birthday treat with valet parking. We also had Room service for some meals and enjoyed some good movies after our long days of rediscovering Sydney. We felt welcome. The location is simply stunning and uplifting.

  The staff welcoming us at 9am said our room was ready and we could park and go straight up. This was the best news as the International Fleet Review was our reason for staying. We could get on with enjoying the spectacle immediately, getting to the Harbour with just a short stroll to get a prime position.   Just loved how close it was to the ferry terminal, made it so close to the city and Darling Harbour but no crazy crowds! The view was unbelievable, we dined (a gift) at the Rocks but chose an early sitting so that we could come back and enjoy the view.   My husband and I, loved the location , as it was walking distance to cafes, buses , ferry, shops, Sydney harbour, Opera house and trains. We loved the comfy bed and pillows so much we haven't slept as well since arriving home. Nothing was too mu - Very comfortable and quiet hotel in an excellent location. Staff offered us a reasonably priced upgrade to a harbour view room which we accepted. Beautiful room on a high floor and lovely view. Great bathroom with separate shower which I prefer. We had a room service late snack which arrived promptly. Quality of food was average but as we only had the mushroom soup other options could have been tastier. Breakfast was fantastic with many choices for a a wide variety of cultures.

  Great location for sightseeing and near the Rocks. The room was very well appointed, laid out and comfortable (including the bed). A few friends stayed at the same hotel and all thought the same. Being on a high floor facing George St away from the noise below was good. Having a balcony to step out was also a good feature. Cooking facility is good as well, good stay...lots of places to eat for lunch, but most of them are closed after 5:00pm.   Close to Wynyard station Lady at reception was lovely and helped me with my bags, toddler, portacot etc, she loaded me onto the trolley, including my son in his carseat and helped us unload into our room. She had a NZ accent and was wearing a grey shirt when she checked in. She was great and deserves recognition!! The apartment was fabulous, very clean and spacious and extremely comfortable for all of us. Our kids loved the heated pool and spa. Excellent location and easy walking distance to the main attractions and with Wynyard station around the corner, getting to Bondi or anywhere else was a breeze. We will definately stay here again and recommend to others.

  Have stayed here 4 times now. 4 different rooms. All absolutely fine. Great location and good value for money considering the expense of Sydney CBD accommodation. Suited me perfectly. Receptionist lovely and friendly. Fourth floor rooms are nice. If you have luggage then perhaps be prepared to lug or request lower floor.
