service quality of the staff - The room, Restaurants and the Lyric show were all excellent and the proximity to Darling Harbour and various attractions made it unnecessary to go anywhere else. We really enjoyed our break and will do it again. We had made a number of costumes for the Buddy Show and had come down for the opening night.

The young lady who met us with our luggage much earlier than expected
was a credit to your company. I'm really sorry I can't remember
her name but she is what excellence is all about, and just based on her
service we would recommend your hotel. We arrived on Saturday morning
about 9.00am so hopefully you can identify her from the roster. -

The hotel design is unique, the situation to shops, retaurants, Darling
Harbour, OperaHouse, buses, trains etc. is convenient. The bed was fairly
firm, certainly better than 99% of other hotels. The concierges were
extremely helpful too. When the sign to service the room is placed on the
door, one's room is cleaned etc almost immediately! A very pleasant
