Loved the size of the unit as well as having multiple bathrooms so people could get ready. Within walking distance of racecourse and Beaumont St as well. Very quiet and had everything you need for a short stay or a few days.

Stayed here for my wedding, with my bridesmaids and then with my groom. Plenty of room for us to get ready&facilities we're fantastic! Great location, cant complain about anything!.

Being parked out by Volvo first night. Came back at 10 pm and would have waken up occupants of 3 if I complained directly.

We did not use the toaster however there were crumbs on and under it. One towel had stains and one of the sheets on one of the single beds also had stains but overall the unit was good.

Did have a few problems with the front door....it sometimes did not open although we were using the correct code but persistence eventually paid off each time......not good with the torrential rain we had that weekend!.
