The location of the villa on the foothills of the grampians was fantastic. The villa complex being located a bit off the main hustle and bustle was perfect to unwind. The facilities inside far exceeded our expectations as well and we would definitely recommend this to others should they make the trip to the grampians. Everything, the peace and quiet, all the finer details that were put in to the place to make us that more comfortable, the amazing scenery around us, the accessibility, the food.

Everything about this place was wonderful. Short stroll to the village, villas on the edge of bushland and beautifully-appointed. Perfect!. The villa was lovely. The villas are surrounded by a huge garden next to the woods. In the evening the wildlife (deer, kangaroos) came to the ponds and lawn - truly beautiful!. Surroundings, ambience. The main door wasn't unlocking due to an issue with the lock so had to enter from the side door. The staff seemed impatient when answering our queries about checking in on the day of our arrival. The dirt road needs to be maintained as it was difficult driving over it. We didn't like leaving so soon!. Needing a little more attention to detail. Cobswebs on celing. Light fixture hanging down. Wish it had an inbuilt wood heater, with fan etc as it would have heated the room better and we could have left it running by turning it down at noght and stocking it up in the morning, better for winter. All good. For the cost there should be tissue supplied, plus we did not feel as if the spa was clean enough for us to use we cleaned ourselves before use. No bacon for breakfast felt it was the only thing missing. The outside of two "luxury" villas certainly needs some renovation, they look like old hovels. Inside they are OK. The huge garden is great but quite rundown. With more attention it would be a dream. In the current condition, the hotel is overpriced. No wireless. Pin code for key lock was incorrect. Key lock was broken. Front door was jammed.
