Bed was comfy room was not small lots of wildlife around the motel grounds. Very efficient reception and checking in and out was a breeze staff were friendly and accommodating. It was close to the main shopping strip... And had plenty of car spaces! Was relaxing and the view of the Grampians was awesome Such an enjoyable stay. In the heart of Halls Gap, kangaroos in the back garden! Comfortable room, kitchenette, great room facilities. Extremely comfortable.

Best buffet breaky , wonderful friendly staff . Kangaroos outside my window. huge comfortable bed plenty of space in the room and likewise the bathroom great to be able to dine in. Very comfortable room and very quiet which we love. Views from room and veranda brilliant. The location was spectacular - mountains and wildlife +++ Rooms warm and comfortable. We took the grandson and loved see the wild life so close the room was clean. Very pleasant, quiet, very clean, we will stay again thank you. Don't go away very often experience very pleasing would return again one dau. Expensive breakfast. Wifi has to be purchased - $6 per hour. the shower alcove had mould on the tile grout, this needs a good clean and disinfect. The shower glass needs a good clean. loose taps in the shower some mouldy areas in the shower recess coulnd not get Austar to work on the TV. Loved the pool but would have it heated via solar power. Not impressed that restaurant wasn't open on the Sunday nights especially as it was a long weekend. The reason we chose this motel was to avail of the cosy, wood fired warmth of the dining room and not having to go out again in the cold night - but it was closed - very disappointing. That the heater didn't work but it was a small thing. Having to sit at a "dining" chair to watch tv. the pillows. Carpet had been cut around bed. Spar was cracked with lots of stress fractures and not very inviting. Bathroom had lots of bad repairs to tiles. There were spiders running around the bathroom. Staff were not overly friendly. Value for money, way over priced. Spa bath had residue that looked most unpleasant. Cant think of anything.
