The food was magnificent my compliments to the chefs and our room was comfortable and I left my jacket in the hotel after dinner and it was there behind the desk the next day still with the $10 in the pocket I was extremely happy with the honesty. Regards Deborah. Its straight forward, it is what it is. Its a room with a bed, a bathroom, sink and mirror. The room has an empty fridge, no mini bar or room service but for $70, its fine. Not sure why "hotel" is used, its a motel, plain and simple.

Will Be Back !! Thank You. Good value. 85 Dollars for one double, one single bed. Heater is available in the chilling weather in Goulburn morning. There is a bar at the check-in where u can get drunk b4 felling asleep. Had a ball at the battle of the bands, they had on. Great food, reasonably priced. Close to everything in Goulburn, definitely stay there again. Convenience to main street restaurants and shops and only a block from the railway station. Room was small but comfortable and quiet. The best thing about the motel is the pub attached to it, good food, cosy fire, busy buzzing atmosphere. Great value for price. It's was the cheapest place available for a 1 night stop over. All we wanted was a comfy bed and a hot shower, it had both. Very convenient in town. We booked a premium room but we're put in a standard room. No microwave in room. Rooms have seen better days, and a hairdryer would have been handy. my partners side of the bed. right side from in front had high level of sag. she did not sleep well. room 36. A 30 seat coaster bus make parking hard. It should have parked outside after dropping off its sports team. Lacked the finer points - tissues, bed light etc. Outside furniture bit tatty. No microwave or DVD. The room was small, and didn't represent good value for money. It was noisy and we didn't get much sleep due to people spilling out of the pub and yelling on their way to their rooms. The carpark outside the door was noisy too with cars revving up. Won't stay here again. lack of bed-side light, lack of paper tissues. If anything a breakfast option would be nice and an easier online system to see the room options. The room would be improved with modernising. HOtel was a little dated. My room was extrmemly noisy from being on the corner. the street traffic lights were constantly going and noise from trucks very loud. There was no shower for the handicapped. The TV did not work and there was no phone in the room. The cockroaches were a bit of a turn off. The bathroom was dark and dingy. These were the older rooms (cheaper), and are overdue for a refurb. Noise on the Wednesday night - people coming and going, talking loudly. Room badly in need of refurbishing -paint off door. Bathroom door didn't close or perhaps it would, but I was afraid if I closed it I wouldn't be able to open it. Wanted to talk to Reception but there was rarely anyone in sight. Noisey Friday night. The Shower in room 3 was shocking, covered in plaster after work it took 20mins to get clean,,,. Were not told at time of booking that there would be night time road works directly outside motel (even though road crews staying at motel). Harder to get restful night's sleep. When other guests making lots of noise, no staff found around to ask noisey guests to quieten down. Rooms would be expensive at full nightly rate for standards.
