We were on the 14th floor as I had requested a great view and was stunned by how good it was. We could see right out over the ocean and to the left a view of the boating channel. We had a superior ocean view room on 22nd floor. Excellent view but a bit windy so the balcony didn't get a lot of use. Apartment was excellent. Very clean, quiet and comfortable.
Staff were extremely helpful and attentive and sorted any minor problems we had.

We stayed in the deluxe seaview appt, room 18. Immaculate spacious appartment, modern, stylish, seaviews from all rooms, two bathrooms, great kitchen. Undergournd secure parking. We were out at the theme parks during most days, and didnt use the pool which looked inviting. The beach is just over the road.

Bayview is far enough away from the busy Surfers Paradise but close enough to theme parks, shopping, walks and other attractions. The apartment was beautifully kept and a good size. -
The manager was very helpful and a really nice person ,always makes your stay alot better. The apartment was beautiful and clean and had a lot of space, we would definitely recommend this place to our family and friends to stay . it's a home away from home.

We had a fantastic holiday! Lovely modern, clean 2 bedroom apartment. Spa, steam room and sauna were great. Walking distance to beach and shops. 10 mins drive to Seaworld 5 mins to Pacific Fair. Fortunate to have been upgraded to ocean view room - spectacular! Best Gold Coast accommodation I have stayed at so far. -

Whilst the building is a little dated, the accommodation, facilities and outlook (fabulous views of the Broadwater) exceeded our expectations. The apartment itself was a little tired, but had every necessity and was absolutely spotless, sheets and towels were as new. Brad, the Manager, could not do enough for us. Thanks Brad. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

The apartments (we stayed on two separate occasions in a matter of weeks) were spacious and modern with great in-house facilities and balconies with great views. Great size apartment for a family - 2 good size bedrooms with built ins, 2 great bathrooms, spacious lounge dining, small laundry fantastic views, well equipped kitchen. Very central location. Very good value for money - starting to age a little bit, but would definitely book again. -
