Attention to detail in this hotel was incredible, even down to the gorgeous note paper in the rooms. The staff were articulate, beautifully groomed and nothing was any trouble. wanted to sleep. I liked the fact that the lady who serviced me on check-

Coolangatta hasn't got the buzz of Surfers Paradise, but it's a
much more attractive place with wonderful walks in all directions. Ocean
Plaza is wonderfully located close to three wonderful patrolled beaches.
It was nice to be able to exit the complex straight into the Showcase
shops, which next year will feature a Woolworths supermarket right at
this doorstep.

The staff were so very helpful, I called the day before to see if I could check in early as we had a wedding to attend and didn't want to be rushed to get ready, they said it shouldn't be a problem and sure enough when wee arrived there was a room ready for us a few hours earlier then the checkin time. We also able to extend the checkout time to 11 am which made getting out after a party night that much less stressful.
