Wow! Liked everything - we were very impressed. The room was beautifully furnished with modern appliances,cutlery and cookware and plenty of storage space - and I loved that it contained a coffee plunger!! The beds were super comphy ... nice heavy curtains to block out morning light ... and it was in a very quiet area. The pool was a fabulous temperature (warm for winter!) and the spa, even warmer. The friendly family atmosphere which you notice as soon as you walk through the door, the cleanliness throughout the hotel, including the bedrooms. The staff were so friendly, approachable and helpful which made my stay very pleasant. -

This is one of my favourite hotels in the Gold Coast. Brilliant location, close to central Surfers and the beach.
The rooms are clean with modern facilities offering great value for money. My one piece of advice would be to pay extra for a high floor overlooking the Nerang river, they tend to be quieter and offer great views.

Location near airport, good if your arriving by plane and just staying few nights. A bit of from action in Coolangatta, but distance is still walkable.
