  We absolutely had a ball at the Grande Florida, the three bedroom apartment in which we stayed was excellently equipped with everything we'd ever need plus more - we weren't expecting irons, ironing boards, vacuums etc. The bedroom set ups were great, especially having 2 bathrooms to share among 5 people. And the barbecue set ups were great! Had - My kids (ages 17,11 and 6) and I absolutely loved our stay. The pool was just divine! everything I had hoped for. Our apartment was lovely, spacious clean. We met lovely families, walked to the beach, just out the gate. We just loved it and cant wait to go back next year. I asked the kids what was their favourite part of holiday? Dreamworld? No the pool at Grande Florida.

  Because of a problem with the reservation through letsbookhotel.com there was no unit available (fully booked); however, the manager went out of her way to find us another place to stay for 2 nights (expensive!!). The remaining 2 nights of our booking she gave to us free. That was excellent service on their side.

  We thought the staff were very accommodating. They really made us feel welcome. I also thought the breakfast was really good. Overall, a really lovely time had by all and I think we will definitely come back again. Also, the room was clean and a great size for all of us. Kevin he made me feel welcome from the moment I checked and was great and really friendly, and he gave me the best service and I went back down to the lobby after I had a swim and just got to talk with him. We wondered what we would get because of the budget price but were very pleasantly surprised. The unit was very clean, the pool was heated, and everything was terrific.
