Facilities were excellent. The pools were awesome and kept the kids entertained. Pool and lobby areas were lovely.

Didn't like housekeeping staff knocking on door several times to service room as we were checking out, felt we were being hurried out of room when it wasn't even check out time. Hotel isn't really within walking distance to anything either.

Beautiful room, comfy bed, great bathroom, heaps of space, walk in robe . Loved the pool and swimming with Nemo!

The staff were absolutely amazing so friendly polite and willing to help out with any of our needs. The lagoon was amazing!! Will definitely be back soon :-)

We thought the package for the 27th Level was wonderful. We felt so special and spoilt being able to experience something like that.

The Pool area, room views, room layout, food prices were reasonable.

While the main lounge/cocktail bar is well layed-out with comfortable seating, the hotel needs a more relaxing quiet genuine cocktail bar with appropriate music for such a venue

Superb facilities, really friendly & helpful staff. Fantastic location.

Dining within the hotel, especially pool side and the main restaurant is really expensive from a family perspective.

The Junior suite was outstanding. Room Service was great. The resort pools were very relaxing and service was 1st class.

Shower was a bit dated. That is the only thing.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Gave us a nice room upgrade. Beautiful view from our 24th floor. Concierge made arrangements for activities and transportation.

Overall stylish but relaxing appearance inside and out and separate eating areas offering different levels of eating. Staff were lovely, especially concierge and Citrique Restaurant. As sharing a twin room, loved we had a double bed each and so comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. The hotel is only a short walk to central Surfers Paradise and as we went to participate in the Gold Coast Half Marathon, the shuttle bus stop was only 50m away and we were the last pickup point so quick trip to the start in Southport. Regarding this, I also was impressed that the hotel took the time to have information boards up in the foyer for runners with everything we needed to know about the event and also shuttle bus timetables. They even had a 'pre-run carb-loading specials menu' the night before as an option for participants. I would definitely choose this hotel if I decided to enter this event again.

Great staff, excellent for family with child(ren), great food, convenient location with very close access to main road leading to fun parks and short drive or 15 minute walk from Surfers Paradise City Centre. Bonus, free parking underneath the hotel.

If I have to be picky then then only thing that could improve is the size of the beds in the Ocean View Room. Double size doesn't quite do the trick.

They had a great pool which was excellent for kids and adults. Food at Citrique was good with an option for a la carte or buffet. Good sized room and a very comfy bed. Staff were nice and polite.

The gym was unmanned with no fresh towels or enough water cups, tv wasn't working. A little disappointing given it is a 5 star hotel.

We loved the swimming pool with the spa pools and tropical fish.

Not being able to get an appointment at the spa that suited us as it is very popular.

I liked the little touches in the room with the toiletries and turn down service. The retreat club was also good.

I think the Concierge's staff could open the door for you when you arrive. Makes the ladies feel special.

Clean and presentable but officious

The service (we waited over 40 mins for a pizza & gave up). The restaurant was more like a canteen than a quality restaurant. The car park lift is at the opposite end of the building to the accommodation lifts, poor design.

The room was great and the pool was ok.

On arrival we carried our own baggage and watched the staff look on. On check in our rate we had booked was disputed and we were kept waiting for at least 20 minutes. Not professional! What are you going to do about this problem?
