Reception Hours Monday-Friday 9.00-4.00 Saturday & Sunday 9-11.

Important information to guests

Reception Hours: Monday-Friday 09.00-16.00, Saturday & Sunday 09.00-11.00. For late arrivals, please check in by 09.00 the next day. For guests arriving after 19.30, please contact the hotel for further instructions. Toiletries and washing powder are not provided. A credit card imprint will be required upon check-in.

Information about the area

TRAVELLING NORTH Turn right into Hanlan Street (before the Marriott Courtyard) and then left on to The Esplanade, continue along The Esplanade (the waterfront ) past Cavill Mall (McDonalds corner) to the third building past McDonalds. (Cream curved building 10 stories high) just before the next street - Elkhorn Avenue. TRAVELLING SOUTH From the Gold Coast Highway travel over the Southport Bridge and then veer left into Surfers precinct area. Turn left into Elkhorn Avenue, (just past the Holiday Inn at the traffic lights) and then turn right at the traffic lights onto The Esplanade. The Sands is the second building on the right across from the beach.

Children and Extra Bed Policy	All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged AUD 10 per night per person for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy	A fixed amount of AUD 200 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes	10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet	Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and costs AUD 10 per hour.
Meal Plan	There is no meal option with this hotel.
Parking	Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).
Pets	Pets are not allowed.
