When we arrived the young lady who we spoke to at the desk made us feel very welcome, she chatted to us for a few minutes and told us if we had any problems just to speak to her and she would help us. Pool was very good, we had a swim. we would stay there again and tell friends how good it is. Main road access, but set back off it enough to be nice and quite. Very friendly and helpful staff, inside reception as well as ground staff. Excellent selection for breakfast,we up graded to cooked each day. Clean and tidy rooms with plenty off towels etc.
all reviews » The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Room was clean and functional. Everything I needed for an overnight stay was provided. Would have liked a larger choice on the menu but understand why it's best to keep it to a minimum. the staff were very helpful as we arrived later in the evening the office was closed, and our booking had not been received at the office before it closed the girl that came out to us was very nice and helpful. Both breakfast staff and check in staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were fresh and had been recently renovated. Parking also nice and convenient for rooms. request for earlier accommodation time to enable to attend family funeral at 1330 hours . allowing us time for us to change and cuppa before the service. It suited all our requirements whilst there from the cleanliness of the room to the awesome buffet for brekkie! Would def stay again!. the room was very nice and clean and good location, I will stay there again in the future staff were helpful and friendly.. Close to all Geraldton facilities, easy access as on main highway. Dining room meals were excellent but expensive. I liked the promity to the beach, and easy to find location. Not too far to get into the main city centre. Staff, clean and modern room, nice restaurant and friendly flexible approach from all at the hotel. The unit was really comfortable, best night sleep for a long time and excellant cooked breakfast. the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpfull. Quite well maintained rooms, nice swimming pool, movie channels and some foxtel, comfortable. Cheerful reception despite the annoyance of alterations being done on site. Gd size rms. very comfy bed and pillows. Ac did not blow direct on bed. That the staff have not changed and they are all still friendly. All staff were fantastic, couldn't have been more helpful. Renovations on rooms could have been done a little better, with a touch more effort could well be an up market hotel/motel. Other than that, no other complaints. Nothing liked it all. the phone in my room was not working. Handbasin was too high - I'm 5' tall and had trouble cleaning my teeth. No reverse cycle air con for heating or extra blankets. Location bit far out, but not really a problem. The car parking bay number not next to the unit number. the room was too small for people with young children. Budget motel - not much in the room. Was charged twice for our accommodation. Looking for a motel in future with slightly more room, ie small sitting room with a desk to do computer work. Nothing. Lack of direct phone contact to advise likely arrival time; absence of advance notice of opening-closing hours and after-hours procedures; and lack of option for continental or full breakfast when making booking. We had requested breakfast, but did not know this only referred to continental. Old and dated room but adequate and clean. Tv reception shocking. Breakfast overpriced. the cleaningness was really poor, and the rooms are terribly bad designed,price too high for a motel. Pretty basic amenities, could have a few more facilities in rooms such as cutlery and crockery. Bed sheets were not of a very clean standard. Breakfast included was Continental not Cooked. Room smelled of Body Odour. Fittings were ' Tired ' Shower door stuck Putting key in to turn on aircon!. Nothing, room was dirty, toe nail clippings on the floor, truly disgusting. They had to refund me my money!!.
