The biggest plus is the location, close to shops and restaurants and walking path by the river. Given the location, the price is reasonable also. Clean, tidy and well maintained. Very little noise at rear where we were and balcony was good. Nicely designed rooms, everything was in order and a very pleasant experience. Really enjoyable coming back at the end of the day and having the kids and parents and their rooms and separated.

Wifi was non existent and if it did exist we were not offered any assistance apart from just being given another router, When paying over $300 a night I would have thought it would be set up for us and ready to go. No Mini Bar No TV in individual bedrooms No room Service. Bed - Uncomfortable, Mattress no more than 13cm thick, Springs poking into your back all night... This was the only downfall!. The bed was made of twin beds and one was saggier than the other Cables hanging from speakers to television looked a bit unsightly in an otherwise nice studio apartment No showercap. The lounges were satisfactory but not comfortable. Not that I did not like, I found it very interesting that for a new facility the position of the TV and the DVD player were so low. Occupational Health and Safety should dictate to have this items high, considering that a lot of cables are just left in the wind and a child would find very inviting. It is a major issue that the management should consider. I am an OH&S officer at The Tweed Hospital and I am surprised of this major issue that has not been identified. Lelia L Berar. No TV in bedroom. Bedrooms were stuffy and poorly ventilated in our 3 bed roomed apartment. Only 1 bedroom had aircon and none had windows. The kitchen smelt a bit I don't know why. No wireless internet. Checking out. Shower could have been a bit cleaner. not enough parking. Bed not very comfortable Decor dull and boring Parking not secure Wifi not throughout hotel. Noise from next door (Poleworx Fitness Studio) - unbelievable bass Levels until late at night. Alternatives would have been a studio towards Bultje or Macquarie Streets (both worse according to the receptionist) or a studio in the middle (with the upstairs neighbours partying with drinks until late at night). I think that sums it up - not acceptable for the room prices of the hotel.
