Staff (Rodger) went out of his way to accomodate us. Above and beyond consideration to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Eg, moved our room to accomodate circumstances, brought towels out to us as we approached the pool, delivered breakfast to our room without us asking - just outstanding cust service!. The owner was very friendly and check-in was very smooth. Having free WiFi was an added bonus and having a continental breakfast included in the price made the Inn excellent value for money. The Inn was within walking distance of the town although a car was required to get to the harbour. Glynn & Barbara (UK).

Fantastic staff, great motel with extra touches that you expect to find in 4 star properties. IPod dock was a great extra. Very comfortable beds. Pristine and clean. A gem to find in Coffs!. The staff!! The man at the front desk was so friendly and helpful that it made our stay very enjoyable. The recommended Thai restaurant across the street is excellent and when we brought home take-out, he even provided us with plates and utensils so we could properly enjoy the meal. The staff werer more than helpful and friendly. They could not have done anymore for us and we were treated like old friends. The best part was that we could have our dog with us. Could not recommend this motel highly enough and more motels could take a leaf out of their book. Really great people, friendly and helpful with a sense of humour. The room was fantastic as it stayed true to the original design. True Retro with comfort and style. If you appreciate the 60-70's aesthetic then you'll love it here.
