We were very impressed by this hotel. Generous sized family suite for a family of four, good security, great pool, and a very impressive restaurant. Would definitely return if we had a need to stop on the edge of Sydney again. The room was spacious with a large bathroom. The staff were very helpful with all our requests. The room service meals were great. Will stay here anytime we are in the area.

Room service quick and great meals, good price. As we were attending a funeral able to use room earlier. The room was clean and comfortable, I appreciated the kitchenette with the kitchen sink and toaster. All was good, booking was easy, staff were friendly and helpful. Clean rooms, good facilities. Owners are on site...friendly and do a very nice job. Grounds are very nice. Having the restaurant and bar on site. The location suited us well. Space. Clean. Friendly staff New air-conditioner. The food was still very nice though. It was a four star hotel with no drinks or snacks in the room. no wine glasses, no tv programme. Noise from other rooms till late. Toaster but no cutlery except teaspoons. No microwave. N/A. Nothing in particular. this was the second time I had stayed in the spa suite, first time no problem lovely & clean, this time there was dirty brown ring around the top off the bath, which came off with a bit of rubbIng. It did not look inviting when first noticed. Trying to find entrance was a nightmare. The outside grounds were a mess as was the swimming pool. Dead leaves. Ok it was windy but I would suspect dead leaves etc. had been around for a long long time. Ironing board was next to useless, padding was so thin that the metal grid printed on my clothing - had to use a towel to iron on. Toaster didn't work unless you held down lever - overall the room was very dated. Staff were quite rude for know reason.
