Cancellation Policy	If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy	All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged AUD 15 per night for cots. All older children or adults are charged AUD 35 per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy	50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes	10.00 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
