Our appartment was lovely- very clean and well presented. We had all the facilities we needed to cook for ourselves. The pool and grounds were well maintained- the bbqs were spotless!!! Staff were friendly and helpful- allowed us to check in slightly early. Even though there were quite a lot of rooms occupied it was still very quiet and peaceful. I was a little concerned to start with as our room was quite close to the backpacker resort next door but it was not an issue and from inside our appa.
all reviews » This place was a great find - reasonably priced for Broome, close to the beach, close to the town bus, and with a nice pool and clean apartments (which I'd thought looked a bit tired in the pictures, but they looked much better when we got there). Staff were also very friendly, and happy to book tours which were charged onto your Blue Seas account. I would definitely recommend Blue Seas. Everything about this apartment was great. Comfortable, spacious, well maintained and properly equipped. Suitable for long stays as kitchen and laundry appliances are all full size.Very pleasant staff. Convenient location for beach. Good value for this area. Really enjoyed our stay. Layout and design of resort including pavilion lobby with complimentary tea and coffee, villas (interior and exterior) all surrounding their own pool and spa pool, pools, drive through driveway and carpark. Contents of villas, cleanliness of resort and friendly helpful staff. I liked the fact that the kids could swim in the pool and me and my husband could see them very clearly from the balcony outside our room, this allowed us to relax enjoy a drink or two and chat whilst the kids enjoyed themselves... something we dont get to do very often. The surroundings were lovely, the pool and spa were just fantastic,everything that we had looked forward to by booking the luxury unit on the internet was there. Congratulations for comfort, kindness from staff, and lots of smiles. Loved the two pools and location in close proximity to cable beach. It was well laid out. The pool and BBQ area were great well maintained and the staff were happy and friendly.The location was ideal close to Cable beach and many restauants. It is the very best we ever had in Australia. We traveled now for 3month, I can tell everybody to take this accomadation. It is the money worth. Clean, Close to Cable Beach, peaceful, nice reception staff, free wifi and in house movies, good value for money particularly compared to other properties. Quiet peaceful area and surroundings, close to beach, bus stop at front, nice pool (cool water), inbuilt laundry in unit, really well laid out. Older style but excellently maintained with friendly staff and a bonus to have the loop town bus service outside the front door. Great value. The Staff were amazing and very friendly. The accomondation was faultless. Very slippery steps was all that we could say that was not good. Not much we didn't like! If we have to mention something, we disliked the noise coming from a large group booking who completely over took one of the pool/BBQ areas. This is no fault of the resort though and there was a second pool we could use anyway. If I had to pick on anything it would have to be the sofa beds, they were little uncomfortable (maybe some could do with some extra padding or respringing). Dining room chairs rather clunky to move and lacked comfort. It would have been great is the bedroom was completed sealed off from the main area as we had our child sleeping there both during the day and early in the evening so we had to be quiet in the apt to ensure we didnt wake him. Could not fault the place. That I didn't have the time to stay longer!!. The Manager did not care at all when we had party noise for 2 nights. We felt very invaded by a big group of people. Making noise during the day and up to 0.30 at night. Jumping into the pool naked at midnight although the pool was closed from 9 pm. The took over the whole wing and it did destroy our peace and holiday. We avoided to go back after our APT tour and stayed somewhere else. Absolutely awful Wi Fi I had work to do and it drove me nuts VERY slow and dropped out all the time. accommodation around swimming pools mean rooms can be VERY noisy. A bit thin on for cooking utensils eg no coffee plunger. I don't remember there being an option to have a downstairs unit. It was difficult for me to be up and down Stairs. We used onnline letsbookhotel.com We arrived after dark and being new to the area struggled to see the resort. A better or lit signage in the street would be great. -Cookware (old, lacking variety). Beautiful maintained gardens, but while we were there the blowers and hedges were constant through out the day. I guess you can't have everything looking so amazing with out the work. That it is only 1 bedroom would be nice if some were 2 bedroom. Bit tired. handles off cupboards. Dodgy kitchen utensils. Need a car to get around. No facility to arrange a breakfast next day after a 6.00pm arrival. Breakfast pack of cereal and milk would have been a boon. All apartments around central pool which would be noisy in high season. The hotel took a 25% deposit 4 months before we stayed. Unacceptable when your website states it is about a week before. Not happy they would take a deposit 4 months earlier. Your website states you can cancel with no fees quite close the booking time. Please sort this out with this Hotel. décor a bit dated. had to pay for beach towels. that we could not have stayed longer. Not really didn't like but it would have been nice to have had some bigger glasses for the gin and tonic went and bought a cheap set anyway. Swimming pool was fairly cold. The pool was in the shade so it was quite cool kids didn't utilize it much. (Jul). That the single beds were converted from divans and that the advertising did not indicate that proper single beds were not an option.
