  Once we got to the hotel, we were upgraded to the penthouse apartment for no extra costs and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us staying. The staff were helpful. It was very clean and extremely spacious. For 6 people staying, 3 bathrooms were extremely handy. The views from the large balcony were great, looking onto Brisbane River and the bri... what people say » dge. The area is very quiet and calming. We didn't use the free bike hire service in the end, but it was good to know they had it if needed. The ferry - Location was great. Easy access to CityCat and free Hop On Hop Off Ferry. Walkable to Southbank with many restaurants, cultural venues, great promenade, park like environment and the lovely man-made lagoon. Would go back to Brisbane in a heart beat. A bit of a mix-up with our reservation. They had us down for the night after we had reserved. Brigitte at front desk was great and found a room for us with 2 beds (which was what we had requested). Not too sure what happened with that!

  A beautiful hotel with amazing rooms. They were large and spacious, very modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Washing machine/dryer in bathroom was really useful. Didn't use the pool but it looked lovely. Within walking distance to city centre and had lovely cafes nearby which did great English breakfasts. - Room was very large for a s... what people say » tudio. Everything was very clean and staff made us very comfortable. Had a big night out and accidently slept in past our checkout time (2hrs) however staff did not charge us.   A Good value hotel in comparison to some motels that I've stayed in. Very quiet so I had a good night's sleep after travelling all day from Perth.   This was a great place to stay right at the Yacht Club as I was visiting cousins who lived nearby. A very comfortable, nice sized apartment for our four day stay. Good supplies and restaurants in close walking distance, excellent on site parking and easy access in all directions. With the refurbished apartments and the completion of the proposed new ferry - I loved it's location in Park Road next to the restaurants- great for Sunday breakfast. And it was lovely having a river view from the balcony- very relaxing sitting there with a coffee. I also liked the interior design- where the front doors overlook the lobby.
