Design and elegance of rooms and Hotel. Everything has been thought of down to bathroom lighting at night. Clean Eygyptian cotton white hygenically washed bed linen instead of re used bedspread expected for 5 star. Fabulous decor, wonderful attentive staff, 24 hour service, great location so close to excellent shops and restaurant and relaxing roof top pool. Value for money.

Once we got to the hotel, we were upgraded to the penthouse apartment for no extra costs and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us staying. The staff were helpful. We didn't use the free bike hire service in the end, but it was good to know they had it if needed.
The ferry -
Location was great. Easy access to CityCat and free Hop On Hop Off Ferry. Walkable to Southbank with many restaurants, cultural venues, great promenade, park like environment and the lovely man-made lagoon. Would go back to Brisbane in a heart beat.
A bit of a mix-up with our reservation. They had us down for the night after we had reserved. Brigitte at front desk was great and found a room for us with 2 beds (which was what we had requested). Not too sure what happened with that!

It was beautiful! Reminded of me of my old house, I felt very much at home. Couldn't believe how good the price was either. The room was spacious, had everything we needed for our one night stay. Bed was comfy. The service was exceptional, we were greeted as soon as our taxi arrived. Definitely would stay there again. -

What a lovely hotel, its location is centre of Brisbane and the rooms are huge. My husband and myself stayed in a one bedroom apartment. The thing that absolutely sold me on this hotel was the service. From our arrival the check in staff and concierge were so helpful. Can't think of a time recently when I have received such consistently good customer service from an establishment!!
